Location. The Hotel Condor is located in Taormina on the island of Sicily, Italy, within 300 metres of the 15th century Palazzo Corvaja and the Roman built Odeon Theatre. Taormina's main bus station is 800 metres away.
Hotel Features. The family run hotel is situated in a stone villa surrounded by plants and flowers. There is a 24 hour front desk and concierge desk where staff can organise excursions around the island.
The Hotel Condor provides a complimentary continental breakfast that can be taken on the first floor terrace, which boasts panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and surrounding mountains. The terrace bar offers light refreshments throughout the day.
Sun worshippers can recline on loungers at the solarium on the second floor. Hotel Condor also offers scooter rental.
Guestrooms. The 12 air conditioned guestrooms are neutrally decorated with bed linen in pastel shades. Rooms are equipped with televisions, direct dial phones, and complimentary high speed Internet connections.

From Catania Fontanorossa Airport (CTA):
Distance to Hotel Condor is 50 kilometres (31 miles), approximately 60 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Hotel Condor provides an airport transfer service (surcharge). Alternatively, buses run directly to Taormina and take approximately one hour and 40 minutes. Tickets are available from a booth in front of the terminal building, and must be validated when boarding. Taxis from the airport to Taormina cost around 100 EUR. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. An inexpensive rail network links Sicily's larger towns, including Palermo, Messina, Catania, Taormina, and Syracuse. Buses run throughout the towns and many of the smaller villages. A car is recommended for exploring the less touristy areas. Hotel Condor operates a shuttle bus service to and from the beach.
