Location. Pearl Beach Hotel is located by the beach and overlooking the Mediterranean, 2.5 kilometres from the centre of the town of Rethymnon, which is located on the Greek island of Crete.
Hotel Features. This three storey hotel is built in modern Greek style. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace, poolside bar and loungers and parasols; there is also a children's pool. A programme of evening entertainment including live music and dancing and a weekly guided nature walk are provided. Multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk can offer currency exchange and concierge services and the air conditioned public areas have wireless Internet access (surcharge). Complimentary parking is available.
The Pearl Beach Restaurant serves Greek specialities and international dishes and features sea views. A complimentary buffet breakfast is provided and half board rates are available.
A variety of water sports is available on the beach, 10 metres from the hotel.
Guestrooms. The 160 guestrooms have light decor, modern furnishings and balconies. All are equipped with satellite television, air conditioning, refrigerators and coffee/teamakers. Minibars, complimentary bottled water, safes and hair dryers are all provided. Half board room rates are available.
Expert Tip. Take a stroll through Rethymnon's old town, two kilometres from the hotel. It combines Turkish style with Venetian architecture, reflecting different eras in the town's turbulent history.
